Our Story

Proudly owned and operated by Vickie & Tim, along with our four children, Moonlight Party Supply Rental, LLC is truly a family business!

After years of hosting backyard parties, birthdays, graduations, family gatherings, and other celebrations, we decided to take a leap and turn our experience and love of entertaining into a business. In July 2025, Moonlight Party Supply Rental, LLC was born!

We’re proud to be a local, family-owned and operated business serving our community and growing together as a family.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help make your event easier, less stressful, and more memorable by providing quality, affordable party rentals with friendly and dependable service.

We offer canopy tents, tables, chairs, linens, serving supplies, décor, and more. We set up and take down our canopy tents, offer delivery of tables, chairs, and other rental items, and allow customer pickup and return on select items.

Whether it’s a backyard party, wedding, graduation, reunion, shower, fundraiser, or another special occasion, we’re here to help bring it all together.

Rental Items & Prices

Tents

Great for graduations, weddings, birthdays, family reunions, showers, fundraisers, and backyard parties. All canopy tents have optional sidewalls available for an additional fee and provide comfortable shade and protection from the sun. **We set up and take down all canopy tents for you! ** Tent setup and takedown are included in the rental price. **Delivery fees are additional and are not included in the tent rental price. **

Tablecloths & Chair Covers

Give your tables a clean, finished look with our rental tablecloths. Perfect for weddings, graduations, showers, birthdays, fundraisers, reunions, and other special events. We do the laundry, so you don’t have to! After every rental, our tablecloths are washed, dried, and folded, so they are clean, fresh, and event-ready when you pick them up, or we deliver them.

Each rental includes a water pan, lift-off lid, Sterno holder, and Sterno fuel can. Choose from different food pan sizes to fit your serving needs.

We’ll email your rental agreement with pricing, delivery, and applicable fees. Sign and return it with your 25% down payment to reserve .

4. We’ll Handle the Rest!
We’ll coordinate delivery or pickup. Canopy tent setup and takedown are handled by us!
